In order to fully enjoy your "piece of blue sky", we recommend to select a set of white cup and saucer to enhance the blue color. Also the diameter of the cup should be at least 3 inches wide at the top to give maximum room to the "piece of blue sky"
Choice of coffee
You may choose any type of coffee. Your favorite coffee will work just as well as any other as long as you follow these important steps. First, slowly pour the coffee and fill about two third of the cup avoiding to splash and stain it around. Then fill the rest of the cup with white creamy milk.
Milk froth
Now is the most important part : how to make a perfect milk froth or milk cream.
You will need a couple kitchen accessories : a thermometer and an electric mixer and a bottle of semi-skimed or whole milk either pasteurized or not.
Using a machine
You may also use one of various brand named machines available on the market today. Professional coffee machines have long been equipped with an easy to use steam system.

Once achieved, delicately pour your milk froth on top of the coffee making sure to cover it entirely up to the edge of the cup. Your froth must be unctuous and firm enough to sustain th weight of the "piece of blue sky" as long as possible.
